Died: Near Herculaneum, in Missouri, about the 25th of December last, Daniel
ADDIS, Esq. lately of New York, and formerly of Philadelphia, Counselor at law. Mr. ADDIS was overtaken by a snow storm, in which he
nearly perished; a traveler passing by saved him, but he had his hands and feet
so much injured by the cold, that there was necessity for amputating all his

information.
